Rachel

Hi friends, today I have some news to share.  If you are a current/past/future client, a friend, a ‘lurker’, or heck, if I have talked to you in the last two years, you’ve heard of Rachel.  You see, Rachel is amazing.  Rachel came into my life and turned the Wisner Photo administrative side from upside down to right side up.  The girl is amazing at everything she does. From contacting brides, to scheduling sessions, to coming to weddings and being the best assistant a photographer could want (to the point guests thought she was the wedding coordinator),  to ordering albums, to reminding me to eat, to being my biggest cheerleader… like I said, she has been amazing.

You see, Rachel has a wonderful job opportunity for which I am so excited for her and which she has chosen to accept.  As a friend I am so excited for her because I know it will be awesome for her and her loves.

Luckily, I have found a wonderful new office manager that is so super eager to learn everything!  She has been hard at work getting to know the processes around here and you may have already heard from her.  I will do a whole little post on her next week!  She’s awesome and I’m so happy to have found someone so great!

I will miss Rachel around the office but I know she will continue to be a part of my life because she has become a dear friend!

Rachel, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for all you have done for Wisner Photo and for me.  Words can not express the gratitude for your patience, insight, promptness, thoughtfulness, awesome attitude and friendship. Good luck and I know you will rock!

  • rachel is definitely awesome. my groomsmen can be a handful to say the least, but she handled them with the perfect mix of sense of humor and kindergarten teacher. i’m glad she at least stuck around long enough to do our wedding.

I really do not know what to say…maybe the most beautiful tribute I have ever read! Thank you for allowing me to grow right alongside Wisner Photo. I remain your biggest cheerleader, and am so blessed to call you friend.

The wisner team is loosing an awesome team member. Rachel, you are amazing. The many times we chatted over email before we even met, I felt like we knew each other. You seriously commanded and intercepted all my frantic emails to Cristina and handled my massess of family members having their own mini photo session after the wedding. Wherever you are going, I know that you will make that person better and help accentuate their greatness like you have with Cristina. Greatness attracts greatness, and you are a great one! Thank you for all you have done for us and for Cristina! Good luck and God Bless.

Congratulations Rachel! While I’m super excited for you, I can’t imagine Wisner Photo without you! You added just the most amazing spirit to my whole wedding planning period. I LOVED all of the times that we all spent together taking photos and being so silly! I loved that you kept me and Cristina in line, added amazing ideas for photos and, of course, helped me out of my dress as I fainted in downtown FW!

I know that Cristina gives you all of the credit for getting Wisner Photo turned right side up, but know that your “brides” wouldn’t have had the same experience without you!

Good luck…you’ll kick booty at whatever you do!

Rachel did such an amazing job assisting with my bridals, boudior, and wedding photos. She has such a kind heart and she really knows how to make you feel at ease. Her personality complimented Cristina so perfectly and it made my experience that much better. She was always quick to email since she understood my type A personality. My photography experience was more than I ever imagined and Rachel was a huge part of that. Rachel, you will be missed. Best of luck in your new career path!

Who had the Kleenex for this runny-nosed bride during the bridal shoot? Rachel did. Rachel, you were amazingly helpful during the entire process, and I saw firsthand what weddings (ahem, not naming any siblings) sans Wisner Photo (sans Rachel) look like. My mom and I still talk about how you handled everything so wonderfully. From the bridal shoot to the human blockade against the priest’s door at the wedding, you had every photo detail covered. Your smile was a confident comfort. Your new coworkers are lucky to have you as were Ray and I. I know you’ll be missed, and you leave big shoes to fill!

  • […] you’re kind of new to Wisner Photo then you probably don’t know who my friend Rachel is, but let me tell you… she is super fabulous and I love me some Rachel.  When she asked me […]
